As part of the program mystery customers visit the stores at least 4 times per year and take detailed notes on the service, store presentation, product quality, staff knowledge. We never know when they are coming - or who they are - and the cumulative results get tallied at the end of the year to produce a winner. We were presented with an Award of Excellence and are very proud to see our hard work recognised!
