(Australian Business Number 66 495789986). By accessing, browsing or
using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers
herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised
on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. BEST BUDS may amend these Terms and Conditions from time
to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your
continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement
to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of bestbuds.com.au (the web-site) and the purchase of any goods from it.
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the bestbuds.com.au website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
Material (including but not limited to product images) on bestbuds.com.au is solely for personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of BEST BUDS. Use of the materials on any other website or networked computer environment, or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is prohibited.
Refunds:
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by BEST BUDS 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect BEST BUDS will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.
At BEST BUDS we are committed to the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. BEST BUDS ensure only the freshest and highest quality flowers are selected and dispatched to you. Unfortunately once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in condition may result in their longevity being reduced.
Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. To assist in prolonging their life, we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle placing immediately in water as well as changing the water in the vase every two days. Air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may have an adverse effect on the flowers. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for BEST BUDS to guarantee the flower quality in every case.
On average, the flowers should last between 3 and 7 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided on the website have been followed, BEST BUDS will happily resend new flowers. To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers upon delivery of your resend.
Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.
For Refund enquiries, we ask that you please call BEST BUDS on (+61 2) 9299 9923 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the flowers you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
Ordering:

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and BEST BUDS is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Normal delivery hours for BEST BUDS are between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri. BEST BUDS offers same day delivery for some items. Please check the product description for delivery days of individual products.
BEST BUDS cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
As BEST BUDS is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day if the item specifies same day delivery.
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Substitutions:
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
Because Flowers/Plants are seasonal they are subject to availability on the day of delivery.
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Hamper items are subject to availability on the day of delivery.
Containers are subject to availability on the day and may be substituted for a similar container.
Products/colours/containers may vary in regional/interstate areas.
All alcoholic products offered for sale by BEST BUDS are not available to persons under the age of 18 years.
